ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER SERVICE (OEM)
As one of major low-cost automation solutions provider, we have been taking flexible cooperation mode with our clients from abroad, hence customized design and integration service for the OEM/ODM market would be strongly recommended by us for well-reputated professional dealer with nice distribution network, our intention to offer clients OEM service is to help our valued customers with building-up their own brand value locally and professionally.
Here come three kinds of options for OEM :
1. Half OEM
It means only customer’s brand/logo would be printed on physical units and be appearing in the associated software instead of ours ,but all models name keep unchanged.
2. Full OEM( fully customization )
It says, EASY would have to put both customized Logo/brand and models name in both physical units and its associated software.
It presents service like EASY fully design innovative products according to customer’s requirements and vision, and fully customization includes:
- Moulding Created.
- Firmware and application tools customization.
This page is EASY’S RMA service guide for you. If you would like authorization to submit an RMA, please follow below procedures:
A.) Please check the manual attached with the goods, to double check the failure symptoms you are facing.
B.) Please check if there is any latest update of software or firmware to your product.
C.) If you didn't purchase directly from EASY, please return the goods to the vendor where you purchased from for repairing or replacement.
ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, MISUSAGE, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLING OF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCTS WILL LEAD TO WARRANTY VOID. By default, our products can only be operated by operators with professional training or related education/ working experience background .
2. Obtain RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) number from EASY (Only for Authorized Dealers)
A.) We send you a RMA Request Form by Email upon request.
B.) Please fill in all related items, like items number, failure symptom, purchase date and invoice number on RMA Request Form, E-mail or Fax back to EASY.
C.) Upon receipt of the filled RMA Request Form, we will check the form and warranty period. A RMA number will be issued within 2 working days.
D.) Any RMA number is only valid for 14 days, other than that a new application needs to be filled again.
ANY RETURN WITHOUT PRE-APPROVED RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED OR DELAYED. IT IS A MUST-HAVE FOR ALL RETURN OR REPAIRING OR EXCHANGE OR MISSING ISSUES.
3. How to send the defective product(s) to EASY?
The "EASY RMA Request Form" must NOT be enclosed in the RMA package sent to EASY, but the RMA number is REQUIRED to be written on the top of the box when you send it/them back. The defective product(s) sent to EASY without RMA number will NOT be received, repaired and/or returned.
A). EASY doesn't accept any collect shipment. All RMA shipment must be prepaid.
B). Don't make any shipment until having the Shipping Instruction from EASY. Please ask further advice from EASY before you send out the defective products.
